Numerous Reformed people agree with A.W. Pink that there’s no current deliverance through the carnal nature from the electricity of this Holy nature. They point to tomorrow tight in Romans 7:24 (“who shall provide me”) as showing that this deliverance shall not be understood until “the redemption of the muscles” or until believers include glorified. This might signify believers would almost all their life take thraldom with their carnal natures. This is not precisely what the book claims. Pauls desperate cry in Romans 7:23-24 are answered in Romans 8:2. Can there be deliverance from legislation of sin and demise? Indeed there is, “For Your law for the character of lifestyle in Christ Jesus hath made me free of regulations of sin and demise” (Rom. 8:2).
