In dueling lawsuits, complement, which owns Tinder, alleges that Bumble infringed on Tinder’s rational property — while Bumble states that argument is actually bogus.

Basic software Tinder and Bumble has upended going out with customs, all with a swipe.

But Tinder’s parent corporation says the parallels involving the programs indicates a different sort of swiping — of information.
