In Bulacan Province, trying directed insectivorous bats and lightweight fresh fruit bats, including taxa (or related taxa) previously connected with filoviruses in Africa [1]. Most people smartly deployed mist-nets and harp traps [20] after dusk to capture bats because they exited caverns or foraged by the evening.
